The Europiccola and Professional models represent the highest expression of technology combined with precious materials.
The filter holder is equipped with a ring that stops and prevents the filter from falling during the coffee grounds ejection phase. All the lever models are equipped with a 1 dose filter that can be used both with ground coffee and with the standard ESE pods.
By lifting the lever that controls the piston inside the group, the pre-infusion is obtained: the coffee is dispensed by lowering the lever; by opportunely dosing the pressure of the latter, the coffee powders are optimally exploited and personalized espresso coffees are dispensed according to all tastes.
The steam wand allows you to obtain hot, emulsified milk, as well as tea and any other hot drink; interchangeable with the "Cappuccino Automatic" device. The special "Cappuccino Automatic" with which the machine is equipped, consists of a device that, with extreme ease and immediacy, automatically sucks the milk directly from the container, steams it and distributes it hot and perfectly frothed into the cup.
