The Cold Brew process developed by JURA. During this extraction process, cold water flows through the freshly-ground coffee at high pressure, in pulses and at low speed. This allows the fruity aromas to blend perfectly with the water, for a refreshing cup of Cold Brew coffee.

After initial installation by a professional, the X10c is easily disconnected from the water supply. This design allows this professional coffee machine to be used independently, with the water tank set to manual mode. This is particularly useful for occasional use, such as at corporate events.
