The Pulsed Extraction Process (P.E.P.®) complements the C3's brewing capacity, producing mild to full-bodied espressos with a thick, creamy, velvety texture.

Simplicity is also present in the operating principle and design of the Pure Coffee coffee machine. Navigation is simple and intuitive, thanks to the four-button Easy Control panel.

The C3 is available in various configurations, some of which include Wi-Fi connectivity. Thanks to the J.O.E.® application, its functionalities are optimized: settings are easier to modify, and different tasting profiles can be memorized.

The front panel, convex or concave, is both attractive and intriguing. The water tank and drinking platform echo the design of the corrugated cup, giving the automatic coffee machine an elegant, modern look.
