• The intelligent water filter

Coffee is 98% water. Therefore, the water must be of impeccable quality to obtain a perfect result. The CLARIS Pro Smart maxi retains limescale, chlorine and heavy metals. It works according to the professional upflow principle and filters precisely the amount of water required for the preparation.

Thanks to the Intelligent Water System (I.W.S.®) and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology, the coffee machine communicates with the filter and indicates when it is exhausted.

• Filter capacity CLARIS provides the ideal water for perfect coffee specialities. The capacity of a filter cartridge depends on the degree of hardness of the water.
• at 1-10° dH: up to 750 l
• at 11-12° dH: up to 600 l
• at 13-15° dH: up to 450 l
• at 16-20° dH: up to 300 l
• at 21-25° dH: up to 240 l
