In the Sierra region, farmers are recognized as victims of the armed conflict and benefit from land restitution programs. Now that they have their land back, it's time to turn the page. They plan to unite their efforts to produce high-quality coffee in order to strengthen their commercial image and improve their members' quality of life. These members are also certified organic and promote a sustainable coffee culture distinguished by its origin and quality, while maintaining a high level of commitment to environmental protection and preservation, and contributing to social equality. Now that they have access to international markets, they want their local cup to be recognized by specialty coffee lovers.
The beautiful and distinctive territory of Palmor, in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, has an ecosystem linked to the Sevilla river basin, which in turn is linked to the country's banana zone. In Palmor, harvests are regular thanks to its latitude. Secreta, which includes the small town of San Pedro and parts of San Javier and Siberia, is also linked to the Córdoba River.

A family business.
We are a small Belgian family business that was founded in 1954 by André Van Hove. Our job is to roast, create new flavors, perpetuate our ancestral blends and resell the coffees that we import straight from Asia, Africa, Oceania, Central and South America.
An artisanal roasting.
- We are focused on the freshness and quality of our products.
- We roast twice a week. To keep a high level of quality and freshness of the products, we roast in a slow, regular and traditional way. The time of cooking of our coffees varies between 16 and 20 minutes at a temperature of 225° at the end of roasting.
- We take care of all the production steps. From the picker to your cup.
- All our coffees adhere to international standards for sustainable coffee trade. In this way, we contribute to better conditions for producers and the environment.
