Hanami (literally "watching the flowers") is a Japanese tradition dating back to the 8th century, which celebrates the wonderful blossoming season of trees every spring. Blossom Season iced tea is a combination of Japanese Sencha green tea, cherry blossom and strawberries.

To prepare it:
- infuse one sachet in 1 liter of water at 80°C.
- Once brewed, let the tea cool and pour it gracefully over ice in a carafe.
- For maximum pleasure, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 48 hours of preparation.
