Paï Mu Tan White Peony

Paï Mu Tan Pivoine Blanche - Flavored white tea

This tea is only picked in spring and is done manually. The leaves are just wilted and then dried. The leaves are covered with an abundant grey-white down and give a light apricot, fruity and slightly herbaceous infusion.
