Chaï - Scented Black Tea
There are as many milk tea recipes as there are terroirs... For our "Thé Noir - Chaï" milk tea, we chose the verdant, rolling landscape of Rwanda, where tea is rich in flavor and easily scented with spices. The ancestral recipe combines the benefits of African black tea with premium spices: ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, pink berries and cloves. It can be drunk directly, as in India, by steeping it in equal parts boiling water and milk, adding sugar and boiling for one or two minutes, or, as in Iran, by steeping it directly in boiling milk.

Directions for use: Leave to infuse for 4 to 5 minutes at a temperature of 90°C.
