In China, the country of origin of jasmine teas, the manufacture of teas enfleurés with fresh jasmine flowers requires that the flowers be removed once the enfleurage stage is complete.

The dried flowers that adorn some jasmine teas are added at the end of the preparation; they do not contribute to the aromatic power of these teas.

In keeping with this traditional know-how and the original spirit of flower teas, our jasmine tea, MANDARIN JASMIN, is now prepared without added dried flowers.
