Escapade Tibétaine is an herbal tea made with Rooibos, rosehip bark, bilberries, ginseng, goji berries, green Rooibos, sea buckthorn berries, mallow flowers, kiwi, pomegranate flowers, ginger root and apricot.ginseng is a plant much appreciated for its energizing, immune-boosting and balancing properties.

Directions for use: Leave to infuse for 6 to 8 minutes at a temperature of 95°C.
