Cup: In the "Alto Paranaiba", in the "Triângulo" region in the state of Minas Gerais, one of the finest coffees in Brazil is produced. The "Cerrado" vegetation, which means "closed vegetation", dominates the highlands between 1000 and 1100 m. The average temperature is 18 to 22°C. The rainy season is limited (a dry period during the harvest). Ambient humidity is low, flowering is uniform, and sunshine is abundant during the harvest, which makes this region unique. The exceptional climatic conditions of the sunny plantations determine the characteristics of the cup. The coffee has delicate and "dulce" (sweet) aromas, an intense fragrance, a pleasant acidity, and a pronounced taste. Certification: partially RFA and Utz
